Cadfael thanked Lieutenant Browning and any others for their compliments.
Before Cadfael could answer the question of information on Celestia's 'certain person', he heard Lieutenant Wilson stumble and looked at the Security Chief. My, my. This station is full of surprises! Cadfael thought enthusiastically. A Cyborg officer with a malfunctioning eye? It may have sounded like something eccentric, but there is one on Delta One. I'm impressed with Arthur's eye to put together such a varied crew. He looked amusedly at the reunion of Magnus and Celestia, wondering what feelings were involved.
For that matter, he wondered what feelings Celestia had for Arthur. Or he could be wrong, but not bloody likely: he saw the way she looked at him and that question just sounded suspicious. "If you are talking about our dashing young Commander, Miss Milos," he said pleasantly to her, "I can tell you all you want." He chuckled.
Arthur suggested that they continue their tour. "Oh, go ahead, Commander," he said, chuckling. "An old man like me shouldn't keep you from your tour, far be it from me to hinder your briefing schedules! I can manage; I hope to see you in my pub some time."

Celestia was now feeling a little embarrassed. She most likely looked red all over now. Red hair, red uniform, and now lightly red cheeks. Oh the joys. "Shut up before I find something to smack you with." Celestia stated. Sure it was against regulations to strike another officer, but right now that was not exactly on her mind. If only she had her mothers broom. Wack! Just like when they were young.
"Nice observation sir." Celestia replied to the question of knowing eachother. "Actually, we sort of grew up together. One of the downsides of having brothers as siblings." Celestia said in jest. Then a time slot was mentioned. "Then I guess we are going." Celestia then looked at Cadfael.
"If you are talking about our dashing young Commander, Miss Milos," he said pleasantly to her, "I can tell you all you want."
"Great!" Celestia briefly looked at arthur then back again. "It really was nice meeting you. I will return." She then faced the others again, giving Magnus a slight push to the front as she went to walk next to Arthur again. What must he be thinking?

Arthur smiled at Cadfael's assumption about Celeste and him. So that's what you're thinking, old friend, he thought. We'll see. "Well, let's get going. There's still a whole station to see and we brief in..." He looked through the window on a sort of odd mix between an analogue clock and 24th century technology. "45 minutes. See you tonight, Cadfael."
Then they got going, walking the Promenade past shops just opening, negotiating the bustling traffic. The next stop was a large open space extending on both sides of the 'street. "Ah, this must be the Common Room," said Art. He looked around him. The Common Room, a large open space, was full of places to sit and tables to eat on. It was outfitted with replicators on the walls, and on the outer side of the Promenade there was a kitchen where a chef was supposed to be working. Works of art adorned the walls to give it a nice look and feel to it.

"Must be?" Celestia looked up at Arthur. "I thought you'd know every square inch by now." Celestia said with a smile. "What, with you being in command and stations being, what was it you said: second nature if not first?" Yes, she was lightly teasing him. She then folded her arms as she looked around.
There didn't seem to be anything real common about the common room, unless all stations looked like this. Which is a question Celestia couldn't help asking. "Do all stations look like this?" It was a pretty basic question for a person that had never once in their live been on any station.

"You two know eachother?"
"Yeah like Celeste said we're old child hood friends, seen a couple times at the Academy and then once in space when we served together for a short time but then I was an Ensign and she held my rank. Shes like a sister to me Arthur." He then made his way next to Arthur and whispered in his ear. "If you want I can put a good word in for you, be your wingman so to speak?" He said nudging Arthur.

When the introductions were made, Woods held out his hand to shake Cadfael's and said
"Call me Jethro."
He then stood by until the security chief came in and fell down, that's some first impression he makes thought Jethro. He than stood back as it appaered almost everyone knew one another from somewhere else, he found it interesting that he was the only person here that had served in the Delta Quadrant prior to the construction of the station. That was probably the main reason his transfer had been approved...
He made a mental note to speak with Magnus in private later on to go over potential security threats as revealed in his Intel gathering...

"That doesn't mean I have to know every square inch of the place," he replied to Celeste's tease. "It would take centuries." When asked about the Common Room, he could explain more. "The Common Room is a more recent innovation," he explained. "We're the first to have one. The designers figured that so far away from home, we'd encourage company by making a large space available for common meals and communal activities. I think it's a great idea."
In the meantime, Magnus whispered in his ear."If you want I can put a good word in for you, be your wingman so to speak?" He also nudged him. What is he talking about? Does he think I... Well, perhaps he did, but he needed no middle man. He was having dinner with the lady at Cadfael's tonight after all. "Thanks, I'll keep that in mind," he whispered.

"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind."
Magnus chuckled and nodded his head as he pulled away from Arthurs ear. He listened to what else Ashbury had to say as he was talking about the common room. Nice. Bringing the community together would be a great way to strengthen the morale of everybody. Not to mention form friendships.....get a date. After all what woman would not want to date a cyborg and war hero besides. Though he never wanted to be called one, he did what he had to do to bring his men home, it costed him an eye but that was a small price to pay to see the joy in their families eyes at their reunion. Magnus came back to the present realizing that he had a face as serious as death.

"Not if you were all fired determined." Celestia countered. When Celestia put her mind to something it always got done; generally a head of schedule too. She was not typically a competitive person, but it would kick in when she was all fired determined about something, so would her stubbornness. Never one to give up. Celestia lightly smirked when Arthur explained the common room.
"If we're the first to have one then it can't be all that common." She really could not at all help that little remark. She then noticed Magnus whisper and nudge Arthur. What exactly was going on? "What is so secretive you feel the need to whisper? You better not be planning to put a cricket in my bed again."

"Well, I've got you, haven't I?" Art countered Celestia's counter. He smiled at her. "But in time, I'll know every square inch." There was some banter between Celestia and her self-proclaimed 'brother'. "Oh, cut it, you two," said Arthur, laughing. At that point, the group had started moving towards a turbolift. "Well, time to move on," he said.
Then something started bleeping. "Briefing time already?" Art wondered aloud. "Well, enough time to explore, duty calls now." He stood in the turbolift. "Ops," he said. He had been in the Observation Lounge. "Besides," he admitted, "the Observation Lounge is stunning."

"Well Celeste ol' pal. This time I was thinking about a Bolian Python. But good ol Commander Ashbury here was like. 'Magnus you can't do that, that would not even be funny, shes a nice girl' and they I was all like fine...if you insist. So be great full to Arthur here for looking out for ya." MAgnus said with a dazzling smile of charm and mischief.

"Well, I've got you, haven't I?"
That was a total understatement. Of course that was probably the most true thing Arthur had ever said; considering Celestia was in love with him and he didn't even know it. Which was more than likely for the better right now. The last thing he needed right now was a complex situation. But she would follow him to the ends of the Earth and back.
"Yes. You have me."
Celestia then looked at Magnus. "Do an die."
"Oh, cut it, you two,"
"Yes sir." Celestia replied now putting her hands behind her back and walking into the lift. It was time to get back to work. Which was for the best at the moment or so she supposed.

Magnus instantly cut it and went to serious mode when the bleeping light came on and followed Ashbury in the turbolift. He stood at ease which was to say that he stood straight with his legs parted exact a half a foot apart with his hands behind his back. With that said he still wore a flashy brilliant smile. He got the feeling that he and Arthur would make quite the dashing duo.

It seemed as though the commander, XO and chief of security were hitting it off perfectly. He wondered if all protocol was going to fly out of the air lock or just most of it. He also wondered if the Commander would ever realize his XO was making googley eyes at him every time she looked in his direction, if the XO was ever going to get the subtle hint the commander kept dropping that he had feelings for her, and the last thing he wondered about was how many bulkheads Magnus was going to walk into before seeing the stations doctor to get his eye adjusted. All these questions and more had run through his head in the time it took for the other conversations to occur, he then focused on the owner of the pub, he had heard that name before and it was possible the two might even have met, in another lifetime that is. Perhaps they had run into one another when Jethro was still in Security, or maybe it was when he first started out in the Intelligence division, he wasn't entirely sure... but he'd figure it out sooner or later.
The alarm for the briefing sounded and Jethro realized he still hadn't had time to change into a proper uniform, but if the commanding officer wasn't going to say anything about it who was he to argue, he rarely wore his uniform anyway, he found it difficult to get the right answers to certain questions when the person you were talking to only saw Star fleet regulations all over your outfit.
He followed the command staff to the lift and entered with the others, he decided he'd put on a uniform and report in properly after the meeting, around the same time he opened up his office and organized it and his files...
