The Jhalicc people live on planets Jhali 1-5, but
are well accustomed to starships. The Jha in Jhalicc
is pronounced like "Pay", contrary to their home planet's name, which sounds like "Fall". Their anatomy is nearly identical to
humans, save for their cross shaped pupils, enhanced
memorization capacity and motor skills. They also have have an
extremely drawn out life span, living to be 305, and and having
physical status of an 80-year old human. They have incredible
technology levels, and have ships that can travel from Alpha
Quadrant to Delta and back again in 6 months. They only fault is that their physical strength on average is 28% lower than humans,
so they are better in the lab than on the battlefield.
