[Magnus/Open] Tart and Heart...

Arriving at the Pub Charity swept the room with her eyes. The place looked pretty nice. This was her very first visit to The Portal Inn; an old fashioned looking place. It was cute. "Not a bad place, Magnus." Charity commented as she walked in. Now...a place to sit. "I hope we have a reservation." Charity lightly joked as she took into account all the people in and around.

"Not a bad place, Magnus."

"Thank you. I really hope that you will like it, foods here is pretty good, desert," He smiled. "Is even better." He looked around for their reserved table and took her by the hand and led her to it, no sooner had he taken her hand then she joked about a reservation.

"I hope we have a reservation."

"As a matter of fact we do, up on the balcony, really great view of the the lower level and the Promenade. I thought a beautiful woman deserved a beautiful view." He smiled and led her gently up the stairs and to the balcony and to their table. It really was a great view and there were even scented candles on the table, it was the sent of lilac and vanilla. It was subtle and soft as to not overwhelm the nose.

"Oh?" Surprise! Balcony? I didn't think this sort of pub had balconys... Charity then just mentally shrugged. There was always something new to learn or find out. Charity returned the smile, and walked where she was led. "Oh wow!" Charity exclaimed when they got to their table.

She went over to the ledge and looked down. For a brief moment she felt like Princess Jasmine when she came to look down from her balcony during the Prince Ali number. Which needless to say she started humming. I wonder if the baby will like those songs... Ah well.

"Oh wow!"

"You like it? I just figured that a beautiful woman deserves a beautiful view. I discovered this when I was pouring over some security documents and stopped to take a look around, and I was like wow. I like it up here."

"Of course I like it." Charity replied, tucking a strand of blonde hair behind her left ear. She placed her right elbow on the ledge, and rested her chin in its' hand. So he had found this place by pouring over security documents. Not a bad find. It was a real birds eye view. If only an ocean was beneath, waves beating against the shoreline, with a violet colored sky...sun sinking below the waters; or at least that is what a sunset on a beach looked like.

Closing her eyes Charity imagined all of this, even a serene breeze. True, it was more a fantasy thing than reality, but who cared? It was still very pretty. "The view in Astrometrics is nothing like this," Charity said softly, pausing a moment. "but it does have a starry view." She said with a smile as she slowly turned around.

"So, what are we ordering?"
