Howdy. Sort of wandered by and thought things looked pretty neat here.
Not much for giving my real name out on line but I've gone by AzaggThoth for over a decade anyway so Az will do just fine.
In my mid twenties, male and from the midwest in the US of A.
I was wondering if there was a policy about home brew species at all? I was just wondering cuz I've a few ideas for a couple of 'local civilian contractors' I might like to try and get involved in things here. On the Orion preferably.

First of all, thank you for stopping by and welcome.
We haven't really considered homebrew species beyond those which have been created as a part of the plot. I'll have to check with the rest of the staff but I'm sure that if you PM one of us with your ideas, we might be able to discuss it. Can't promise we'll accept all the ideas, though.

Well, I wasn't going to try and make them any more special than the average rubber forehead humanoid encounter. Just that they happen to be Delta natives themselves. If you can recommend a target for the sum up I can shoot off a PM in ten-twenty minutes.

Funny, I was going to put up a board earlier, but was too tired. I thought you meant a Kes or Neelix type (being from the DQ). You could shoot off a PM about your char or chars. No promises though. If everyone agreed about original species I was going to ask for: Species Name, the home planet, features & biology, talents, beliefs (if any) average lifespan, history of said race, and a place for anything else to be added. in the application. You can PM us what you have right now if you'd like and we'll all talk it over. Oh, and welcome to the board, by the way.
