Wow.
Sharpay was prepared to defend herself, but Kamon got to the creature before she had. Instead of doing any attacking she just simply watched in incredible shock. Sharpay didn't exactly know what to say. She simply stood up and dusted off her pink tank top and grey shorts.
"I didn't know you had all that in you."
It was only when Sharpay brushed the loose blonde locks away out of her face did she truly notice the fire in Kamon's eyes. It nearly rendered her speechless. "I...well..." Sharpay took a breath. "Don't...don't...think I'll always need your help."

Kamon laughed at her comment. "But that's what teams are all about aren't they? They help each other even if the other doesn't need help. I'm not much for standing on the sidelines." He then decided to show that he had experience with these kinds of programs. "If this program is Klingon then that means there is still one creature out there. Let me borrow this for a second." He raeched and grabbed the qis she was holding. He turned and threw it into the forest. The last creature fell through the brush and foliage with the qis lodge in his throat. He walked over and picked up the weapon, which lay on the ground after the creature had vanished. He tossed it back to Sharpay.
"What's next?"

"Wait a minute. In order to know where the next attacker was you'd have had to have done this specific program before since each Klingon calisthenic program is entirely different from the other."
Sharpay stated as she carefully and quickly caught the qis by the handle when Kamon tossed it back. "Computer freeze program."
Sharpay put her free hand on her hip. "Why didn't you say anything? Do you like being a pain?" Moving her hand from her hip to her forehead she let out a sigh before looking at Kamon. "Kam,is there anything you haven't done?"

"I actually haven't done this before, but I do know a bit about Klingon battle strategies. When Klingons go into a battle, they always leave one on the outside ot finish the opponents of just in case. During real war, honor is thrown out the window, just like in all societies." Kamon noticed she shortened his name to Kam. He liked it. "Plus when you took the big one down, the idiot rustled in the bushes. I knew he was there." He looked at the back of her head. "You going to be alright?"

"I'm fine." Sharpay snapped as she touched the back of her head. "I mean it's nothing serious,I never took the safetys off." She said;her voice calm and steady than before. "Just, please, don't worry."
Taking her hand away from the back of her head she semi-sarcastically said; "Thank you for that lovely little piece of information and history. I'll remember it years to come." She couldn't very well help but roll her brown eyes after having said what she had.
"Alright Kam,up to you. Do you want to finish this out or do something else?"

"Why don't we try a little program of my own creation. Computer. Run program Willsun six epsilon." As the scene changed Kamon said, "this program is a little different than others. Its a race that not only tests your ability to fight, but also ability to problem solve as it has some obstacles. I hope that it isn't a . . . problem . . . for you." Kamon had the computer create a couple of mevaks for him to use. "I'll take the left path. Don't hurt yourself," he said with a wink as he set off.

After Kamon had set off Sharpay sat on the ground. Normally she was not one to pass up a challenge, but this time she let it slide as she felt a little dizzy. Sharpay didn't think it was because of Kamon; no what he said would initially made her angry and it still did some.
I so can't believe I'm ignoring a challenge...
Doing so rather ticked her off. She was one that usually pressed onwards.
With a sigh she changed her mind and decided to press on just so Kamon couldn't gain bragging rights or hold something over her head. Come on...you can do it...

Now this is fun! It wasn’t often that Kamon got to have a challenge like this. Sharpay came through for him on that one. “Computer, set the difficulty setting to level four for Ensign Harper and level six for me. Disengage safety protocols for me, authorization Willsun Beta two-nine-five.” The computer beeped in acknowledgement as the race began. Kamon clutched the twin mevaks in his hand and pushed forward.
The scene was brilliant! Kamon found himself amidst a large complex. He took a guess at the architectural design. “Nineteenth century Vulcan.” The temple, if one could call it that, was vast. It its time, it would have looked marvelous to the eye, with tall, spiral towers and a large dome in the center. Now it was overgrown with foliage and trees. Kamon proceeded into the complex and took a look around for his entrances and exits. He saw a pathway, which appeared to lead to the central temple, figuring that was the way to go, he pressed on. He was greeted by a monk. “Greetings stranger.”
“Hello,” Kamon said. I don’t remember this!
“Welcome to the Temple of the Mortal Gods. Have you come for your spirit quest?”
Spirit quest?! “Umm, yeah, sure.” Kamon figured he might as well play along.
The monk continued, “the path to the stone of enlightenment is at the heart of the temple, two hundred meters below the surface. The road will be a hard one, with many challenges, but you will prevail if you are of sound mind and spirit.” Kamon almost laughed at this storybook line. The monk went on. “You will face opponents far greater than any you have ever faced. Your mind and heart will be put to the test. Your first challenge lies with . . .” the monk sprang at Kamon losing his cloak and revealing a bipedal monster with scythes for arms. Kamon tried to dodge the lunge but didn’t get out of the way quickly enough. The creature sliced his shoulder causing blood to drip down his side. This is gonna suck . . . .

Sharpay began walking as best she could. Keeping her balance had become a bit of a challenge in itself as the holodeck setting spun unevenly. Sharpay closed her eyes then opened them again. Closing her eyes just seemed to make things seem worse.
She was now coming up on something, but not quite sure of what. Sharpay rubbed the back of her head. A she did so she fell down. Apparently that fall did more harm than she thought. Deciding to tuck her pride away for the time being Sharpay shouted; "Computer freeze program!"
The whole holodeck program was put on hold.
Sharpay stood up and took a few steps forward. "Kam?!"

Kamon and the sickle creature, as he called it, fought for a short time. Amidst a bunch of stabs, leaps, and lunges, Kamon had found several deep cuts and a stab wound in his side that he couldn’t block. It was bleeding pretty heavily. He was getting tired. The creature lunged at him again but left his right side unguarded. Kamon dodged and put two stab wounds in the creatures chest and neck. It fell and disappeared. Kamon then heard more creatures coming. Though he was tired, the fire in him burned hotter. They couldn’t be anything less than what he had just faced, but then everything just stopped!
”Kam?!” Sharpay was calling for him and she sounded hurt. The fire inside him left his body as he ran, searching for her. He ran towards her voice and found her near the entrance where he had first been attacked. “Sharpay, are you ok?” He ran to her. “What’s wrong?”

“Sharpay, are you ok?” “What’s wrong?”
Sharpay turned her head slowly to see Kamon. Despite her dizziness, and the place rolling around she did see him covered in blood. She slumped to the ground. "What did you do?! Please tell me that is someone else's blood!" A note of concern fell though on her sentences.
Just the sight made her feel kinda woozy. Sharpay swallowed hard. "As far as myself I'm just dizzy and kinda took a tumble. Now you mind telling me what in Zeus's name is going on?!"
She may have went to his side if she didn't already feel squeamish and on the verge of passing out.

“It’s just a scratch Sharpay. Don’t worry. It’s you I’m worried about.” He moved over to her and put his unbloody arm underneath her. “Can you stand?”

"It's looks more than a scratch to me...but then again things don't exactly look they way they're supposed to." Sharpay looked at Kamon as her slipped an arm underneath her. "Of course I can stand, what kind of question is that?" Sharpay felt a little bit insulted, but she went on to explain. "It's just that, well, the sight of blood is sort of my kryptonite."
She then asked a completely unrelated question. "Why didn't you kiss me?"

Kamon was taken aback. Why didn't I kiss her? "What do you mean why didn't I kiss you. The last time I did you pushed me away. I backed off and let it go." He was beginning to not understand. "Why are you asking?"

Sharpay looked opposite direction, and lightly shrugged. "Just trying to make conversation that won't make me sicker than a dog." That answer was of course only half true. "Why'd you let it go?" This was sound a bit odd,and she knew it. "On second thought don't answer. Why don't you transport yourself to sickbay and I'll skip the medical triage and just site to site to my quarters."
