I just took about 5 minutes and threw this together. I plan on making a nicer one down the road though.
As you can see it still isn't perfect as I didn't fade the backgrounds together yet and I forgot to cut out the back around the star.

I really like it. If it was used as a header we could use that pretty little star in the header to take the place of the folders that would be to the left. Wonderful!
