Elise was rubbing the back of her neck as she walked into sickbay. The scratched on her back were really nothing to get any form of medical attention but an unexplained pain in her lower back was. It could be any number of things from her past but this was the first time it was ever this bad.
“Hello?” Elise asked looking around sickbay
OOC Note: Full medical record can be provided if need be.

Dhael was in sickbay, but in the little office area, hunched over a padd. From the outside it looked unattended. She was reading about the medieval plagues and freak re-occurrences of them over the years -- they had once found the Black Death in a Klingon outpost! Klingons were immune to it, but the human Starfleet officers who had visited most certainly were not. She was making half-hearted notes on the subject when she heard someone's voice.
She raised her head, then her eyebrow, and then moved from her seat.
"Is there a problem?"

Elise looked over to the woman as she left the office “My back” she moved her right hand to her right lower back and rubbed it some. “It’s been bothering me the last few days but it’s starting to get worse. I may have pulled something I just don‘t know”
Elise looked the woman over a little better Vulcan she thought. “It’s almost to the point that it’s interrupting my sleep”

Dhael frowned.
"Did you injure yourself recently?" she asked, expressing no sympathy, but she wasn't unkind, either. She moved to adjust the woman's posture, pressing tentatively and gently in the area with her finger tips.
"Can you describe the pain? Is it chronic aching, or is it aggravated by movement, or your position? Would you say it hurts more or less when you're lying down?"

Elise moved very little when Dhael examining her back. “I have been injured far to many times. I was shot in the on lower left abdomen by a phaser rifle some years back but that has not bothered me in years.”
Elise stopped a moment and thought about the next question “ It’s like a throbbing pain. It’s not all that bad if I’m on my side but I cant sleep like that.” Elise had a very good idea what was causing this but one thing made it’s way into her head every time she thought about it classified operation Elise sighed a moment.

"Shot with a phaser rifle?"
If the more senior officer had thought Dhael was Vulcan, the jig was up. She was obviously surprised and horrified at the prospect. She tucked her hair behind one pointed ear and looked perplexed.
"How? I mean -- why?"

“It’s classified” Elise said with little hesitation in a now steely hard voice “All you need to know is I was shot” Elise turned her head to look over her shoulder at Dhael with her green eyes “Nothing more”
Elise turned her head to look forward once more “Anything you can to? I really would like to get a full night sleep before I start to become unpleasant to be around.”

Dhael frowned at her tone. She knew that as a junior officer she should accept the reprimand with grace, but her Romulan instinct was to stomp her foot and take immediate offence. Grappling with it, she settled on a put-out sigh.
It didn't stop her from being a little more difficult, though. Dhael liked to be indulged.
"Well. Theoretically I can prescribe something for the pain, but it wouldn't be treating the problem, only postponing it. If you're able to move around physically I should double check your records, too. 'It's classified' is well and good, but not if you have an issue with abusing pain killers."
There was nothing to suggest that the woman was an addict, Dhael was only being stubborn and doing things by the book because she didn't appreciate being told she was nosy.

“My records should be on file in the computer.” Elise looked around sickbay a moment.
Abusing pain killers Elise thought I‘ll be abusing something if they keep this up
“Run a search for Elise Triad, Ensign.” Dhael was asking a lot of question. Elise did the same thing as both Serra and Anna. Elise started going over the SOP for gathering information in her head Ask questions relating to the problem the target wants to know about to make it seem as if you have an interest in helping. Ask probing questions and see what you can get away with. Elise smiled to herself some. Not everyone I deal with will be Obsidian Order. Let it go.

Trishany was now coming back on duty. She saw, when she came in, one of the medical staff helping another member of the crew. At least that's what it looked like. Trish decided, unless her help was needed it would be best to go about her own business, letting the younger medical staff that she had confidence in them to treat something. So, with Doctor Jones being out Trishany went into the office, sat down and turned the monitor on.

Dhael wasn't particularly trained in interrogation technique, but young women her age had the tendency to talk to people that way regardless, particularly if they were of a Romulan persuasion.
"I will," she said, and pulled the other ensign's file. There was nothing to indicate issues with pain killer abuse. Dhael was almost disappointed.
"Very well," she said, her tone a little clipped, "I can treat you for the immediate pain, but as I suggested before, without an accurate and full disclosure of the cause... there's little else I can do."
((ooc: If you want her to notice anything specific in her file, pm me! I will edit this or we can work around to it?))

Elise nodded a moment. “Give me something for now. A good night sleep may be all I need for this to pass. If that is right then it may all me in me head.” Elise a smiled to herself some.
Elise looked over to the other person that had walked into Sickbay and sat down in the office. I hope it‘s not in my head. Last thing I need is an evaluation. Elise thought looking from Trishany back to Dhael.

Trish finished the work and got up from the office. She decided to see how things were going. She she walked up to the bio bed Ensign Triad was sitting, and Ensign Solius was treating. Trish smiled. "How are things progressing over here?" She asked kindly; addressing both officers.

Elise looked from Dhael to Trish “A small bit of back pain nothing more” she said with a shrug and a nod to Dhael “The ensign was just about to give me something” Elise rubbed the right side of her lower back a moment hoping that anything they give her would help.

Dhael prepared a hypospray and closed the window with Triad's records on it. They contained nothing especially that indicated it was the cause of this ailment -- but there was an entire segment that had been deleted, and Dhael was horribly curious about it.
She administered the medication with cool, detached, professional demeanour.
"If it persists you may reconsider keeping elements of your medical history secret," she said, a little pointedly. "We can only help what we know about in the first place, after all."
She was hinting heavily that she wanted to know now.
