Mishtak arrives from the transporter room, he enters his codes into the computer terminal and activates his training program before stepping through the doors, once inside he removes his sash and uniform shirt, picking up a Bat'leth from the case.
"Computer, begin program Mishtak one, level 3"
the program begins, multiple aliens appear from all directions, surrounding Mishtak, they all attack at once, he blocks and parries their attacks, then as he is blocking one, he kicks another, swinging his body around to slice a third in half before embedding his blade in the fourths skull.
"Computer, freeze program."
he looks around at his enemies, only two remain standing, but they are out of reach, he lets out a sigh...
"why do I not feel like fighting, perhaps I should speak to the doctor later...
Computer, raise difficulty to level 10 and resume program"
as he gets prepared for the next round, the aliens vanish and are replaced by a single Klingon Warrior in traditional Klingon armor, his face is an exact replica of Mishtak's, every move in unison to each other, he always enjoyed fighting himself as he was the only warrior he knew that could beat him... they stalked each other, slowly circling one another, twirling their bat'leths... Mishtak threw his to the ground and took on a martial arts pose as he prepared to fight weaponless. The image of himself kept a hold of the weapon as they watched each other for what seemed like an eternity, then the holo-mishtak attacked, lunging forward and slicing in an upward direction catching Mishtak across his chest, blood began to flow down his chest as he recovered and kicked the weapon away, now both unarmed they exchanged a series of kicks and punches, they both grunted with each impact.
there was only one thing the computer was unable to program into its Mishtak and that was his pure unbriddled rage which he now let show as he erupted with a war cry like no other and jumped forward into the holosimage, catching the images chest with hs shoulder as he spun around, grabbed the left leg and pulled him off balance, once on the ground he kicked his holoimage in the face with enough force to crack a skull as he let out another animalistic war cry that could be heard in the corridors beyond the holodeck door...
breathing heavily Mishtak stood over the body of his opponent as the computer ended the program... he remained standing in the black and yellow gridded room, regaining his composure and catching his breath for some time... the cut on his chest dripping slowly, the pain from the injury was not even noticeable to the man that stood there, losing himself in the blood lust and rage he had just unleashed... it had been a long time since he had used this difficulty setting, mainly because the last he had he had been in sick bay for three days with multiple injuries and lacerations.
his thoughts traversed his universe, thinking about the honor duel he would be fighting against Miklar, about the offer to have Ensign Harper join his exercise program... he focused on that thought for quite some time, trying to figure out the young human woman that acted much more like a Klingon woman at times... he found her interesting, and at the same time confusing...
these thoughts and many more flowed through his mind as he stood there bleeding and breathing deeply, trying to center himself and his energy flow as he had been trained to since he was a small boy.
