Which Captain?

Which captain would you rather serve under? And why?
Janeway, Kirk, Picard, Sisko, or Archer?

My obvious choice is Janeway. She can get down and dirty with the best of them. She understands the concept of family and compassion. She's also a risk taker, and is not afraid to bend the Prime Directive just a little. Janeway is not all talk either. There are times when she said hello with phasers.

Janeway is also not afraid to get in a fire fight either. She never keeps saying "Hail them" while the other ship pounds away! She's an inventive captain that loves her coffee, and never ever gives up. Janeway will steal from the Borg. She has never gotten too big for her britches, and will put people in their place...including Q (who at one point wanted to mate with her), as well as his son; Q jr.

She thinks outside the box. Knows he crew, and cares for them. She cheated death. No matter what Janeway will not give up. When push comes to shove; she's there. Handles children well.

My second choice would be Kirk with his cowboy diplomacy. Rule breaker, fight winner, job done every time, gets promoted for saving planets (including Earth) several times. Risk taker. Clever.

Janeway and Kirk share a few traits here and there, so my 2nd choice is no surprise. Both captains are rather vulpine.

Their enemies also seem to think highly of them too. In one way or another.
